Regions Security Services COVID-19 Preparedness Update 4/23/2020

Dear Valued Customer,

Regions Security Services hopes this communication finds you and your family healthy and safe.

Because Regions Security cares about our employees’ well being, we continue to invest into acquiring personal protective equipment (PPE) for distribution to our employees. Our committed Regions Management Team has put together PPE kits and each Regions employee has/will receive a months’ worth of rubber gloves, alcohol wipes and reusable cloth face coverings. This will help to ensure the continuity of our operations and the delivery of essential security services to our clients.

Regions Security Services continues to implement and enforce safety practices to protect our employees and the community to help prevent and slow the spread of COVID-19. Regions employees will adhere to the following CDC-recommended practices prior to and during their work shift:

• Employees should wear a face mask at all times while in the workplace.
• Employees should wear gloves at all times while in the workplace.
• Employees should maintain 6 feet and practice social distancing as work duties permit in the workplace.
• Employees should clean and disinfect their work stations and shared areas such as gatehouses, front desks, private bathrooms for security personnel use and all shared electronic equipment routinely.
